How to login
Open your browser and go to https://DOMAIN.com/wp-admin/
You will be directed to this page where you will enter your admin login details:
After logging in you will be on your website dashboard, the “back-end” of your website.
How to view, add, update and delete users/ customers
On the left navigation pane hover over Users and select All Users:
From here you can view, add, update and delete users.
How to add user:
Either click add new on the left panel or, while in all users, select the button:

How to add a role to customer eg. Wholesale
On the Add User form, select Wholesale Customer from the dropdown for the user role input:
How to view user details
While in All Users, click a user’s username:
How to update a user
While in All Users, click the user’s username or hover over their username and click the Edit button. On the User Details page, use the fields to update their details and, when finished, click Update User:
How to delete a user
While in All Users hover over their username and click the Delete button:
How to view, add, update and delete orders
On the left navigation hover over Woocommerce and click Orders:
This will bring you to a page where you can view, update and delete orders:
How to view an order
To view the details of the order click the order number #1234 or the View Icon .
How to update an order
From the order page you can:
- View and update the order details including its status
- Update the order tracking number
- View shipping and billing information
How to add tracking details
In the order tracking section of the order page, select the Carrier, add the tracking code and pickup date and check the order picked up box:
You can also update the order status as well as complete other order actions:
How to view, add, update and delete products
On the left pane click on products:
This will bring you to a page where you can view, update and delete products:
This page also has a search function to find specific items:
Each product has an image so it can be easily identified.
To view the details of a product just hover over the product and select view.
How to add a product
To add a product, simply click the Add Product button on the top of the Products page:
Add product name

Add product categories
Add product tags
Product tags can be used to group and display similar products without changing the structure of your product categories. For example, say you wanted to highlight products certain products that have shamrocks as part of their design together for St. Patrick’s, simply add the Tag ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ to each of the products.
Now whether they’re clothing, services or jewellery, these products can be shown grouped together using the ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ tag URL and shared across all of your marketing channels

Add product details:
For products with variations, select Product Type: Variable Product instead of simple product and include size variations.
To update the details of a product just hover over the product and select update.
How to add a product with variations
Variable products are products with customisable attributes such as size, colour, etc.
Step 1. Create a new product or edit an existing one.
- Go to: WooCommerce > Products.
- Select the Add Product button or Edit an existing product. The Product Data displays.
- Select Variable product from the Product Data dropdown.
Step 2. Add attributes to use for variations
In the Attributes section, add attributes before creating variations — use global attributes that are site wide or define custom ones specific to a product.
To use a global attribute
- Select one from the dropdown and Add.
- Choose Select all to add all attributes to the variable product (if applicable).
- Tick the Used for variations checkbox to tell WooCommerce it’s for your variations.

Custom attributes specific to product
If adding new attributes specific to this product:
Select Custom product attribute, and Add.
Name the attribute (e.g. Size),
Set values separated by a vertical pipe (e.g., small | medium | large)
Enable the Used for variations checkbox.
Click Save attributes.
Step 3. Add variations
To add a variation automatically from attributes, go to Variations section in the Product Data meta box and select the ‘add from attributes’ option.
Manually Adding a Variation
Select Add variation from the dropdown menu, and click Go
Select attributes for your variation. To change additional data, click the triangle icon to expand the variation.
Edit any available data. The only required field is Regular Price.
Editing Many Variations
If you have more than 10 variations, use the buttons to navigate forward and backward through the list. Each time you navigate to a new set of variations, the previous set are saved. This ensures that all data is saved.
How to add a product with downloadables
Click Products > Add New > To make a product downloadable you can click Virtual & Downloadable.
You can then enter the price to download and you can also select download files from here.
How to update content on the core pages (using the backend builder)
On the left pane click on Pages:
This will bring you to a page where you can view, edit and delete pages:
This page also has a search function to find specific Pages:
To edit hover over the page name and click edit.
To edit page items just click the settings button “”.
The settings button will bring you to a menu like this where you can edit the contents of any module you click.
You can preview changes by pressing the button.
And when you’re happy with your results press save and exit.
How to update content on the core pages (using the visual builder)
When you’re logged into the page you will see a menu bar at the top of the page which looks like:
To enable Visual Builder just click the button. This will load up the visual builder for the page you are currently on.
Click the module settings button on any item you want to edit.
This will bring up the module settings for that item which looks like this:
And when you’re happy with your results press the green tick. And at the end of the page click the purple circle and then to save all changes made to the page. These changes will now be live.
